Fibra HD is internally managed by the Advisor and Administrator, which is a civil organization of which Fibra HD holds a 99.9% stake. The Advisor and Administrator is entrusted with identifying investment opportunities, submitting them to the Technical Committee for consideration and, if applicable, managing the investments and divestments of the Trust's assets.
