We are focused on large and medium size properties, primarily in the industrial, retail (with supermarkets and/or movie theaters as anchor tenants), top-class office, and high-end educational segments.
In line with our goal, we have purchased properties with acquisition costs ranging from Ps. 30 million to Ps. 300 million. Our business model entails finding growth opportunities within the aforementioned range, with the potential to generate attractive cap rates for the Trust.
Regionally, our business model seeks to seize opportunities in highly dynamic markets, either due to demographic and/or economic conditions, reason why our properties can be found in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of the country.
