HD specializes in large and medium sized properties, mainly in the industrial, retail, top class office, and educational segments, serving high-quality clients.

Our footprint
Our properties are located in 10 cities and 7 states in Mexico. The State of Mexico and Durango concentrate 39% of our GLA.
We focus mainly on the acquisition of small and medium scale assets that meet our quality standards, featuring high-quality leases that translates into attractive yields, located in the country’s main real estate markets with the most compelling growth opportunities in the medium and long term.
Our portfolio
As of the end of the last quarter, our portfolio consisted of 14 stabilized projects. The gross leasable area (GLA) amounted to 128 thousand m2, comprised by 9 industrial properties contributing 95 thousand m2, and 5 retail projects adding up 34 thousand m2.
