HD specializes in large and medium sized properties, mainly in the industrial, retail, top class office, and educational segments, serving high-quality clients.

Our properties are located in 24 cities and 19 states in Mexico. The State of Mexico and Mexico City concentrate 34% of our GLA.
We focus mainly on the acquisition of small and medium scale assets that meet our quality standards, featuring high-quality leases that translates into attractive yields, located in the country’s main real estate markets with the most compelling growth opportunities in the medium and long term.
Our portfolio
As of the end of the last quarter, our portfolio consisted of 41 stabilized projects. The gross leasable area (GLA) amounted to 306 thousand m2, comprised by 19 retail projects adding up 157 thousand m2, 9 industrial properties contributing 95 thousand m2, 6 educational properties totaling 39 thousand m2, and 7 office properties amounting 15 thousand m2.
